Open a bank account

銀行口座ぎんこうこうざは銀行ぎんこうか郵便局ゆうびんきょく（ゆうちょ銀行ぎんこう）でつくれます。

Bank accounts can be opened at banks or post offices (Yucho Bank)

必要ひつようなものは Necessary things

在留ざいりゅうカードやパスポートなどの本人確認書類ほんにんかくにんしょるい

Identity documents such as passport and Japan residence card (zairyu card)
納税者番号のうぜいしゃばんごう（出身国しゅっしんこくで発行はっこうされている場合ばあい）

Taxpayer identification number (if issued in your countryof origin)
印いんかん（金融機関きんゆうきかんによる）

hanko seal (depending on financial institution)

《つくりかた》How to do it

日本にほんで口座こうざ開設かいせつをするには、滞在たいざい期間きかんが6カ月かげつ以上いじょうであることが条件じょうけんです（ゆうちょ銀行ぎんこうは6カ月かげつ未満みまんでも開設かいせつできます）。
最寄りの銀行ぎんこうまたは郵便局ゆうびんきょくに行いき、必要ひつよう書類しょるいに記入きにゅうしましょう。

In order to open a bank account in Japan is required to live in Japan for more than 6 months (Yucho Bank offers the opportunity to open it also for those who are going to stay less than 6 months). Then, go to the nearest bank or post office and fill out the necessary documents.
